It's distilled six times before it's infused with juniper and a mix of other fragrant botanicals. The gin from Wilmington, North Carolina is perfectly balanced with notes of juniper, cardamom, rose hips and lemongrass. It shines brightly in any mixed drink, but its light viscosity makes it a pleasure all on its own.
