With their award-winning gin, Spirit of Prohibition, they brought back a long-forgotten recipe. They steep lavender, rose hips and other botanicals in the gin for two weeks. The old-fashioned infusion method delivers an aroma with bountiful floral notes and hints of citrus and pine. Fresh, bright and tart notes underline this bottle. It's a drink that will have you feeling like you unearthed a prized bottle dating back to The Noble Experiment.
