Emulsion American Gin is the result of three handcrafted gins combined into one, bringing together profiles that don't normally bond. After countless hours, Fainting Goats Spirits perfected the blend inside every bottle of Emulsion American Gin. The twist with this gin is that it can both be enjoyed alone or in a cocktail, perfect for those who seek a versatile elixir.

The nose features juniper, floral, and cardamom notes up front, with hints of lemongrass and citrus on the back. It is bright, refreshing, and aromatic. There is a prominent presence of juniper oil and cardamom mid-palate, while citrus oils excite the side palate beautifully. An excellent floral mid-palate serves as a base for mixing.
