Vitae Spirits rests their gin in used rye-bourbon barrels from their craft neighbors Ragged Branch Distillery. After more than six months in the bourbon barrels, Distiller's Reserve Old Tom Gin comes out with a touch of sweetness married to resinous spiciness. Consider this complexity as the new standard.
