Muddy River Distillery likes to call this their whiskey drinker's rum. The award-winning Queen Charlotte's Reserve Carolina Rum is made in small batches with the finest ingredients in the distillery's one of a kind still, built by the distillery's founder and head distiller. The rum is then aged for one year in virgin American white oak barrels. It's left with a rich and complex flavor with notes of vanilla and caramel throughout and a lingering taste of oak.
