Up North Distillery's Barrel Reserve Honey Spirit is a gluten free craft spirit distilled from mead, made from 100% pure honey (not honey flavoring). It's rare to find a bottle of honey made from 100% honey, let alone a pure-honey spirit. It is exceptionally rare to find one aged like quality bourbon. Up North's Barrel Reserve Honey Spirits are aged for 2 to 3 years in new bourbon barrels from Kentucky. This is a unique spirit reserved for those with discriminating tastes. If you like oak and whiskey, this is the spirit for you.
