Montana Honey Moonshine is a special kind of Ennis surprise. Made with three different Montana grain and Molasses, Willie's Distillery's craft moonshine is a little bit like a whiskey-rum hybrid. Lightly barrel aged, a touch of local honey is used as a sweetener. The honey is made by the same bees that pollinate the crops, apple trees and flowers at the Ennis Farmers' Market. Each sweet and smooth bottle of Montana Honey Moonshine is distilled version of the Ennis community.
