Star Union Spirits makes their craft rum from first-boiled Louisiana sugarcane molasses, a byproduct of the sugar-making process. Made using the Illinois distillery's custom still, the award-winner reveals aromas of raw cane sugar, and sweet, clean tones of tropical fruit and caramel.
