Part of the Distiller's Select Series from Brickway Brewery & Distillery, Sherry Cask-Aged Single Malt Whisky is a special one. This Nebraskan whiskey goes through a double-barrel maturation process. First, it spends two years in charred American Oak casks, then its finished in Oloroso sherry casks from Spain. The result is a well-balanced, complex blend of caramel, vanilla, and dark sherry tones. A truly distinguished bottle, this one's worth savoring.
