To make their Rimfire Mesquite Smoked Single Malt Whiskey, Ranger Creek Brewing & Distilling cold-smokes their barley with Texas Mesquite instead of the standard peat. Familiar enough to single malt drinkers, this small batch whiskey is completely unique to the Lone Star State. It's smooth, delicate, light and malty, and a clean, warming finish with tones of freshly baked bread.
