Made with local Douglas fir and California bay laurel, and a helping of ten more botanicals, Terroir Gin is a thoroughly distinct spirit. The gin is driven by woody forest tones and gritty earthiness. The flavor of the fir and bay laurel are highlighted, underscored by notes of sage and hints of citrus.
