Their Minions Old Tom Gin is a revival of a popular pre-Prohibition spirit. A dozen hand selected botanicals including juniper, coriander and citrus peels are macerated and infused into a blended spirit of malted barley and potato. Rested in bourbon whiskey barrels, Minions Old Tom Gin develops well-balanced complexities that continually evolve over your palate.
