Probably Shouldn't Distillery is doing their part to resurrect the once-famed gin. Their Old Tom Gin is pot-distilled with ten different botanicals. Uncorking the smoothly flavorful, slightly sweet Old Tom Gin feels like stepping into a flower shop. Sweet and spicy aromas of citrus, fruit and wood pleasantly draw you into the craft gin.
