After a rest and rebirth, Iron Fish Distillery's White Rum becomes their Dark Rum. The Caribbean molasses and touch of golden honey from local bees meet a toasted oak cask. It's a delicate balance, but it comes out the otherside more nuanced for it. Hints of caramel, cloves, vanilla and dried fruit bring you into the bottle. But it's the warm embrace of candied citrus, dark chocolate and vanilla from the toasted oak that will keep you coming back. Warm and uplifting, it's a bottle of craft rum to be enjoyed around a table with friends and family.
