Iron Fish Distillery's Maple Syrup is a true treasure, and exceptional delight. Maple sap from the forests near the Betsie River is cooked down each Spring by their Michigan neighbors, the five-generation Griner Family Sugar Bush. The maple syrup is aged in 53-gallon bourbon barrels until the maple and oak flavors are married by a hint of bourbon. Iron Fish Maple Syrup is fantastic on ice cream, yogurt, pancake, or even cocktails. It makes a great gift, but be sure to stock your pantry first.
