John Colter was a hunter, scout and a member of Lewis and Clark's famed expedition. A famous story tells of a five-mile run to evade capture by a group of enemies. Driggs, Idaho's Grand Teton Distillery toasts to American pioneer with their Colter's Run Small Batch Bourbon Whiskey. Aged for a minimum of three years, the mash of corn, rye and malted barley makes for heavy vanilla and oak flavors, balanced by the peppery burn of rye.
