The distillers at Keene, New York's Gristmill Distillers learned to coexist with the pesky bugs, even naming their craft bourbon after them. Made from 100% New York corn, Black Fly Bourbon is aged in new American oak barrels. Every swig tastes of Adirondack farmland. Notes of oak and sap mingle with corn and a touch of spice. This is one fly you won't mind buzzing in your ear.
