This small batch, West Coast whiskey is named for Carmel-by-the-sea, the stunning seaside city in Monterey County. And it's every bit as beautiful as the city's artistic history. There are notes of vanilla, light chocolate and rye spice, but the shining stars are the varying tones of caramel swirling throughout Carmela Whiskey.
