For the folks behind Colorado's Elevation 5003 Distillery, their Timber Ridge Gin is a labor of love. They spend hours foraging and picking berries from juniper bushes around Fort Collins. Along with the gathered juniper berries, seven other botanicals are macerated into the malted barley base. Timber Ridge Gin has a crisp juniper body that is balanced with bright notes of citrus and complementary undertones of spice. Pour yourself some Timber Ridge Gin and taste the crisp Colorado air.
