Litchfield Distillery's Coffee Bourbon is unique. The flavored bourbon isn't infused with coffee grounds. Litchfield makes cold brew from Arabica coffee grounds from Windsor, Connecticut's Baronet Coffee. After steeping the grounds for 24 hours, they use the cold brew to proof their Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Litchfield's award-winning Coffee Bourbon ends with no bitterness, adding a complex earthy character to the already supremely smooth bourbon.
