With a background as a professional rock guitarist, musical influences play a large part in Kjell Engman's work. The Swedish glass artist has created Fidji, an object of multiple colors merged into one whose shape bears a resemblance to the musical instrument organ pipe. ArtCollector93,

I've been collecting Kosta Boda pieces for years, and the Fidji Optic Ocean XL is a stunning addition. It really does mimic the look of organ pipes, and the colors are mesmerizing. Worth every cent of the $75!

BudgetBuyer,

At $75, this Kosta Boda piece is slightly more than I'd usually spend, but the craftsmanship is evident. It's an eye-catching piece that guests always comment on.

GlassAdmirer,

The colors in the Fidji Optic Ocean are less vibrant than I expected from the photos. It's a beautiful piece, no doubt, but doesn't quite match my room's decor as I had hoped.

MinimalistMike,

To be honest, I bought the Fidji Optic Ocean XL on a whim because I loved the look online. It's a fine piece, but it kind of gets lost in my more minimalistic home. Not the product's fault, just not the right fit for my style.

DecorDiva,

Having this art object in my home has been a dream! It's a perfect example of Kjell Engman's genius. You can almost hear music looking at it—a real conversation starter.

NordicNate,

I'm torn. I love the Kosta Boda brand and the Fidji Optic Ocean XL is cool, but I saw a similar piece at a local art fair for less. I guess you pay extra for the brand name.

SkepticalSandy,

This was my first Kosta Boda purchase, and I was nervous about the quality given the price. But it's genuinely an XL in every sense - large and impressive. Definitely a premium feel.

GuitarGary,

The organ pipe shape is what drew me to the Fidji Optic Ocean XL. As a musician, I appreciate the artistry and it looks fantastic in my music room. A bit pricey, but it's authentic glasswork from Sweden, so it's a justified splurge.

ColorCritic,

For the $75 price tag, I was hoping for a bit more 'pop' in the colors. It's a sophisticated piece, no doubt, but I wish the final product was as vibrant as the images suggested.
