This Michigan distillery turns back time with their traditionally made Italian digestif. To make their Amaro, Green Door Distilling Co. macerates nine different botanicals, including gentian, angelica, sarsaparilla, chamomile, elderflower, and citrus peel in a spirit made from 100% locally sourced yellow corn. Green Door Amaro is complex and aromatic, earthy and slightly bitter with a vanilla and sarsaparilla finish.
