With their Fylleangst Aquavit, New Alchemy Distilling has distilled a uniquely West Coast interpretation of the Scandinavian staple. They distill the craft aquavit from wheat and malted rice. It's vapor distilled with a number of botanicals and herbs, like caraway, coriander, cumin, anise and lemongrass to name a few. The resulting savory spirit was engineered to stand out while sipping neat, and it's packed with enough flavorful layers to stand out in any cocktail.
