Named for one of the owners' wives, Francesca Grappa is made the old-fashioned Italian way. By using the entirety of the grape. To make their fine craft grappa, GIA Distillery uses the hulls, stems, seeds, and juice. Though it's a more laborious process, it's worth it. Francesca Grappa is rested in French Oak barrels for a level of smoothness not typically found in grappa. Rich tones of moscato grapes and lychees lead to a fine cognac-like finish.
