Just before the days of Prohibition, Diamond State Whiskey was thriving in Delaware. But with the Noble Experiment, they had to shutter their doors, until the Delaware brand was revived by Painted Stave Distilling. Their Diamond State Straight Bourbon is the first legal bourbon distilled in the state, and it's crafted from a high-rye mash bill. Every bottle displays a wide range of sweet and warming notes that leave with a dry finish. It pairs perfectly with a large cube of ice to open up its subtleties.
