Starting with an old Irish whiskey recipe, the mash consists of barley and a helping of rye and smoked malt. It's aged for two years in barrels that once held Diamond State Straight Rye Whiskey. Sweet notes of caramel and orange open up the bottle before it turns to spiced notes of toasted grain. Every glass will make you feel like you've completed the 3,000 mile journey.
