Copper Fiddle Distillery created their Fiddle Gin to introduce gin drinkers to the Genever Dutch-style gin. An American interpretation of the style, it's softer and more complex than a typical London Dry. Made with seven vapor-infused botanicals, including juniper, crushed coriander, star anise, bitter orange and lemon peel, angelica and orris root. Together, they combine for a small batch gin that's clean and well-balanced with heavy flavors from each of the botanicals.
