From the peaks of the Rocky Mountains down to your bar. Bozeman Spirits Distillery crafts their Cold Spring Vodka using pure Rocky Mountain water. The natural spring water gives this craft vodka a life you can't find anywhere else. Grain comes through in the nose, but it's complements by hints of wet stone. Throughout the rest of each sip there are faint notes of vanilla, chocolate, black pepper and pastry dough. There's no harsh aftertaste here. Just the subtle taste of powdered sugar and cloves.
