Iron Fish Distillery took local, delicious maple syrup from the Griner Family Sugar Bush and aged it in used whiskey barrels for months. Next comes the fun part. They filled the barrels with their high-rye bourbon whiskey and let it mingle. The resulting Bourbon Whiskey Finished in Maple Syrup Barrels emerges subtly sweet and deep. The perfect bottle to enjoy in the cooler months, sipping as the leaves start to change.
