Made completely from scratch, this award-winning brandy is a labor of love. 100% Northern California Bartlett Pears are crushed, fermented and distilled into a delicious brandy that could be ready to drink. But be patient. Before it's bottled, the craft brandy spends some time in French Oak barrels. The Bartlett Pear Eau de Vie has a fruity sweetness you can see, taste and smell.
